Hanging dry wall is probably the simplest work when it comes to dry wall. Hanging dry wall is taking the dry wall and securing it onto the frame. Normally a 8×4 drywall and dry wall screw is used. A shim is used to align the dry wall and to level it off the floor. An electric drill is used to drill the screw in the wall. That is how dry wall is hanged.

Step #1 Cut the shape of the dry wall. A whole piece can be used if the area is large enough.

Step #2.Gather some drywall screw and shim.

Step #3 Place the dry wall to the desired area. If it is on the wall, place a shim on the bottom if needed. If the dry wall is for the ceiling, have a friend to help you hold the dry wall in place.

Step #4 Once you have it in place, use an electric drill and screw the dry wall screw.
